2023 Middle School Season Registration


Welcome to the 2023 Middle School Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.


All players must register and make the first payment before your child will be issued equipment.  The KMHS Booster Club will issue equipment needed for practice and games, except for cleats.  You will receive pants, practice jersey, 2 game day jerseys, a mouthpiece, shoulder pads, and a helmet.  ALL equipment will be returned at the end of season, except for the mouthpiece.  


We do a card fundraiser every year to offset the player fees and keep our fees lower than anyone else in the county.  Over the last two years, our middle school program has not met the fundraiser budget goal for our booster club to be able to cover the extra expenses.  Due to inflation and the overwhelming price increase in our equipment, we have to guarantee that we meet the budget line for the fundraiser.  It is COMPLETELY up to you to sell the 10 cards, but if you would like to recoup $200 of your player fees, then you may choose to sell them to reimburse yourself for the extra cost in player fees this season.  Our player fees will increase to $600 this year, and you will receive 10 cards to sell to reimburse yourself $200, bringing your total player fees back down to $400.  We have spoken to several booster club boards in the area and this way seems to work best for everyone.  You will receive your 10 cards once you have paid a minimum of $300 in player fees.



All players will need to bring two deposit checks to equipment pick up, (Date TBD) One for $250 equipment deposit, and the other for $100 for volunteer work requirements.  These checks will be post dated, and only cashed if ALL equipment is not returned at the end of season, and/or you do not work the three required volunteer shifts during the season.  If you have multiple children in the program, you will need to do 2 checks for each player.  

** No refunds are given for any reason, but you may purchase insurance through SportsEngine during the registration process.  The insurance company will reimburse only in special circumstances.  If a player quits or is dismissed from the team for any reason, there are still no refunds.**
